Order Processing 

All orders require 24 to 72 hours to be processed before they are shipped. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active. 

 

Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Haz Fragrances is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. 

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Fast Fulfillment 

We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, it is handed over to the carrier for delivery and is subject to their delivery timelines.
