Refund Policy 

At Haz Fragrances, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that preferences vary, and we offer returns under the following terms: 

 

Store Credit Only 

All approved returns will be refunded via store credit only, issued in the form of a digital e-gift card. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods. 

 

Return Conditions 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. 

  • The fragrance bottle must contain at least 95% of its original contents. 

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. 

  • A $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the store credit issued. 

 

Shipping Costs 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Haz Fragrances is not liable for any items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. 

 

Exclusions 

  • Orders purchased using a discount or promotional code are not eligible for return or refund. 

 

Notification 

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and inspected. We will inform you if your return has been approved or denied based on the return conditions listed above.
